If you are not up for doing the whole ropes, crampons etc then this hill walk is as good as it gets. You get spectacular views and coastal rock formations to enjoy and it won’t take up too much of your day. It’s a lesser known walk but well worth it.

A stony and sandy beach not far from Portree, generally quiet, good for paddling and swimming if you are brave enough, a good place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The distillery at Torabhaig is the second ever licenced Single Malt Scotch Whisky distillery on the Isle of Skye. You can visit their fully restored 19 century building in the south end of the island which holds their copper stills and traditional wooden washbacks. There is a selection of different tours including one which combines whisky and chocolate along with a cafe in the courtyard and shop where you can purchase the full series (if not sold out) including the new Cnoc Na Moine.
